Josue Saavedra
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Josue Saavedra, who entered eternal rest on January 14th, 2026. Born on May 23rd, 1988, in Guatemala, he was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend who touched the lives of many with his warmth and kindness.
Josue is survived by both of his parents, Gamaliel and Esperanza Saavedra, as well as his siblings, Walter, Rebeca, Obed, Raquel, Samuel, and Consuelo. Josue also leaves behind his nieces and nephews, Alba, Julian, Daniel, Alice, Omar, Tammy, Adimir, and Adelaida. He dedicated his life to caring for and supporting his family, with a love that cannot be matched.
Josue’s life will be celebrated with a memorial service at Eastgate Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of Josue and the love he shared with anyone who knew him.
Josue will be remembered for his generous spirit, his joyful energy, and his love for his family. For those who did not know him personally, they knew him through the ones he loved and cared for. His legacy will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
Josue Saavedra will be deeply missed, but there is joy to be found that Josue is now healed in the arms of his Heavenly Father. May he rest in eternal peace.
